These Terms & Conditions govern the use of atlasprintstudio.nl and the purchase of artwork through this website.

By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. I reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will become effective upon publication on this website.
Orders
By placing an order, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old or legally authorised to enter into a binding agreement.
- The information you provide is accurate and complete.
- You are authorised to use the chosen payment method.
An order is considered accepted once you receive an order confirmation by email. A sales contract is concluded once your order has been processed and dispatched.
Artwork
All artwork sold by Atlas Print Studio is original hand-carved and hand-printed linocut artwork unless stated otherwise.
Because each print is created by hand, slight variations in ink coverage, texture, pressure, placement, and paper characteristics are a natural part of the printmaking process. These subtle differences make every print unique and are not considered defects.
Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen or device settings.
Pricing
All prices displayed on this website are shown in Euros (€) and include VAT where applicable.
I reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
Shipping & Collection
I carefully package every order to protect the artwork during transit.
Available delivery options are shown during checkout and may include shipping or free collection from Harman Shop & Atelier in Utrecht.
Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and may vary depending on the shipping carrier. I cannot be held responsible for delays or damage caused by third-party delivery services once an order has been handed over for shipment.
Right of Withdrawal & Returns
If you are purchasing as a consumer within the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after receiving your order, unless an exception under applicable law applies.
Returned artwork must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original protective packaging.
Because original linocut prints are delicate artworks, you are responsible for ensuring that returned artwork is packaged securely to prevent damage during transit. Any loss in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the artwork may be deducted from the refund where permitted by law.
Please contact me before returning any artwork so I can provide return instructions.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the artwork arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged Orders
If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of both the packaging and the artwork. I will work with you to arrange a suitable replacement or refund where appropriate.
Intellectual Property
All artwork, illustrations, photographs, designs, logos, and content on this website are the intellectual property of Atlas Print Studio unless otherwise stated.
No artwork or content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, resold, or used commercially without my prior written permission.
Liability
I aim to keep all information on this website accurate and up to date. However, I cannot guarantee that all information is complete, accurate, or free from errors.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable Dutch or European law.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
